The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to set out how, why, and when iliy.co.za (“iliy,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer interchangeably to the business) uses your Personal Information. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our Website, related mobile sites, and software applications, collectively referred to as “our Platforms,” which are used to access our content and services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address) and, more generally, to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

5. RETENTION AND RESTRICTION OF RECORDS

We keep your Personal Information for as long as we need it to provide our Platforms, content, or services to you or if it is required or allowed by law and is in line with our internal retention policies or is necessary to uphold the contract between you and us or and you have agreed to us keeping your Personal Information subject to your request for us to stop processing your Personal Information.

We will retain your Personal Information for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose for which this information was collected or subsequently processed. When you enter your personal information through the Site, we will keep your data for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

This Privacy Policy contains the whole agreement between you and iliy, and no other warranty or undertaking is valid unless contained in this document between the parties.
